We are looking for candidates who are communicative, proactive, and passionate about company products and the customers they serve.

Account managers will act as a point of contact for customers. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the customer. They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.

To ensure success as accounts manager, you should possess extensive sales experience in a related industry and the ability to generate business leads.

Account Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Building relationships with customers based on trust and respect.
  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Handling customers queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems.
  • Following up on leads and attracting new customers.
  • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Monitoring sales.
  • Performing recordkeeping, as well as preparing sales forecasts and reports.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts. 
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate the fulfillment of customers need.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.

Account Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (business management, sales, communications, engineering…)
  • High level of English.
  • Proven experience in the plastic transformation sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
  • Great problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Quiero crear un entorno de trabajo seguro, realista, en el que nos preocupemos por nuestra gente y creemos las soluciones que necesitan nuestros clientes

Enseguida me sentí como en casa al incorporarme en esta empresa realmente familiar y "sensata". Había trabajado en el sector de  los envases durante unos 20 años, incluyendo un largo período en SIG, donde fui vicepresidente de la División de flejes plásticos. También dirigí las Operaciones de reciclaje del grupo en Poly Recycling, que vendí a Resilux en 2017.

En mayo de 2019 me incorporé al grupo Resilux como director de operaciones con la responsabilidad de todas las operaciones de la empresa.

Mi objetivo consiste en llevar Resilux al siguiente nivel y asegurar nuestro negocio para los próximos 25 años situando a la empresa en el lugar adecuado y desarrollar y ejecutar nuestra estrategia a largo plazo.

Por encima de todo, quiero crear un entorno de trabajo seguro, en el que nos preocupemos por las personas, seamos realistas y utilicemos nuestros productos para ofrecer soluciones a nuestros clientes.
