Was Deine Aufgaben sind

Leisten von Pikettdienst für 4-Schicht Produktionsbetrieb gemäss separatem Pikettreglement
Umrichten und einrichten von Produktionsanlagen gemäss Planung
Schwerpunkt Spritzgussmaschinen und Roboter
Produktionsunterstützung damit Fertigungsziele qualitativ und quantitativ erfüllt werden
Durchführen der vorbeugenden Instandhaltung für alle Abteilungen gemäss Planung, mit Schwerpunkt Spritzgussmaschinen inkl. Peripherie
Lokalisieren und Beheben von Störungen an den Produktionsanlagen und deren Peripherie
Umsetzen von Optimierungsmassnahmen zur nachhaltigen Ursachenbehebung
Aufbau von neuen Anlagen
Schulen der Produktionsmitarbeitenden auf neuen Fertigungseinrichtungen

Was Du mitbringst

Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Berufsausbildung (Elektromechaniker, Elektromonteur, Automatiker oder ähnlich)
Erfahrung in den Bereichen Automatisation und Verarbeitung von Kunststoffen, vorzugsweise Spritzgiessen von Vorteil
Kenntnisse in Steuerungstechnik und Automation
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Applikationen

I like the international exposure Resilux gives me through interactions with colleagues in other countries.

I have been working at Resilux Distribution Russia (Moscow) since August 2017.

On the operational side, I’m involved in recruiting and hiring people, maintaining personnel records, working with personnel databases and controlling staffing and salary budgets. I also organize employee training, calculate bonuses and create incentive systems. In addition, I make adaptation programs, oversee interns, on-board new employees and supervise employee interaction.

On the people side, I’m involved with safety in the workplace issues, work culture and employee engagement. I must analyse staff turnover and productivity creating reports and implementing new initiatives.

I like working in this industrial environment and I especially like the international exposure Resilux gives me through interactions with my HR colleagues in other countries.
