Taakomschrijving:

Als logistiek bediende zal je vooral instaan voor douane afhandelingen en expeditie gerelateerde zaken.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

Communicatie met de verschillende departementen en buitenlandse vestigingen.
Opvolging douaneformaliteiten bij import en export van machines en wisselstukken
Import: tijdelijke importen, wederuitvoer en controle importdocumenten
Klaarmaken documenten voor transport en douane. (paklijst, factuur, tarief codes, waardebepaling, rapportering verzekering..…)
Toezien op het correct gebruik van onze vergunningen en communicatie met onze douaneagent.
Opvolgen tijdelijke exporten naar Rusland en Servië.
Ondersteuning backoffice betreffende exportformaliteiten.
Douaneproblemen en douanevraagstukken helpen oplossen.
Jaarlijkse leveranciersverklaringen opvragen.
Tevens zal je ook boekhoudkundige taken uitvoeren.

De ideale kandidaat voor ons

Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor diploma
Ervaring / kennis van douane en expeditie is een groot pluspunt Je bent diplomatisch en kan omgaan met cultuurverschillen
Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engels taal
Schoolverlaters zijn zeker welkom
