Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitwerking en uitvoering van verbeter- en automatisatie projecten binnen de Resilux groep. Dit zowel voor nieuwe als voor bestaande installaties. Je werkt hiervoor samen met de betrokken afdelingen/units en externe leveranciers.
Je biedt ondersteuning en doet aan troubleshooting bij problemen die de units niet zelf kunnen oplossen op vlak van hydraulica, elektriciteit en automatisatie.
Je werkt zowel op spuitgiet machines als nutsvoorzieningen (bv. koeling, perslucht, elektrische installaties)
Je bouwt een samenwerking uit met onze belangrijkste leveranciers (bv. injectie machines, robots, drogers, automatisatie).

Jouw profiel

Je hebt een master in automatisatie, elektriciteit of elektromechanica, of evenwaardig door ervaring
Plastics processing ervaring is plus (incl. hydraulica)
Je hebt een brede technische ervaring op het gebied van automatisatie, elektriciteit en elektromechanica in een industriële context
Je bent hands-on en oplossingsgericht
Je bent bereid om te reizen (±25%)
Je hebt een goede kennis van Engels

I like the international exposure Resilux gives me through interactions with colleagues in other countries.

I have been working at Resilux Distribution Russia (Moscow) since August 2017.

On the operational side, I’m involved in recruiting and hiring people, maintaining personnel records, working with personnel databases and controlling staffing and salary budgets. I also organize employee training, calculate bonuses and create incentive systems. In addition, I make adaptation programs, oversee interns, on-board new employees and supervise employee interaction.

On the people side, I’m involved with safety in the workplace issues, work culture and employee engagement. I must analyse staff turnover and productivity creating reports and implementing new initiatives.

I like working in this industrial environment and I especially like the international exposure Resilux gives me through interactions with my HR colleagues in other countries.
