Dynamics NAV Solution Developer



  • You determine the new or changed business needs and translate these into concrete ICT projects within Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • You are responsible for the technical analysis, programming, testing, implementation and integration of specific solutions in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • You try to use the standard environment as much as possible.
  • You strive for uniform solutions that are compatible in our international framework.
  • You create & manage the interconnection with different third party packages.
  • You are ready to support the roll-out, from a system author perspective, in cooperation with the key user.
  • You create the necessary technical documentation and assist the key user with creating the user manual.
  • You offer third line support in cooperation with the internal support team.
  • You are not afraid to step out of your comfort zone to assist your colleagues.
  • You are able to occasionally travel abroad for physical interventions.
  • You report to the Group Business Process Officer.



  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016  (implementation experience and programming (C/AL)) is a must.
  • Knowledge of purchase, sales, warehouse, production and finance environments is a plus.
  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English.
  • You feel at home in a production environment.

I like the international exposure Resilux gives me through interactions with colleagues in other countries.

I have been working at Resilux Distribution Russia (Moscow) since August 2017. 

On the operational side, I’m involved in recruiting and hiring people, maintaining personnel records, working with personnel databases and controlling staffing and salary budgets. I also organize employee training, calculate bonuses and create incentive systems. In addition, I make adaptation programs, oversee interns, on-board new employees and supervise employee interaction.

On the people side, I’m involved with safety in the workplace issues, work culture and employee engagement. I must analyse staff turnover and productivity creating reports and implementing new initiatives. 

I like working in this industrial environment and I especially like the international exposure Resilux gives me through interactions with my HR colleagues in other countries.
