We are looking for candidates who are communicative, proactive, and passionate about company products and the customers they serve.

Account managers will act as a point of contact for customers. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the customer. They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.

To ensure success as accounts manager, you should possess extensive sales experience in a related industry and the ability to generate business leads.

Account Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Building relationships with customers based on trust and respect.
  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Handling customers queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems.
  • Following up on leads and attracting new customers.
  • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Monitoring sales.
  • Performing recordkeeping, as well as preparing sales forecasts and reports.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts. 
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate the fulfillment of customers need.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.

Account Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (business management, sales, communications, engineering…)
  • High level of English.
  • Proven experience in the plastic transformation sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
  • Great problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Mohammed Zaifri Quality Control Inspector

I’ve been working at Resilux Belgium in Wetteren since December 2006, starting as a packer before getting the chance to become a QC-Inspector.

My job involves daily quality control of the preforms on every production line as well as controlling production start-up which includes checking different quality indicators such as the wall thickness, weight and colour of every preform. I report on any operational problems and make decisions about corrective or preventive actions to avoid sub-standard final products.

I like doing my job and think I have a talent for it. Quality control is something I always wanted to do because I’ve always had a good eye for detail. My two sons also have the opportunity to start working here – that’s a real family company!
