Resilux NV was founded in 1994 and has been quoted on the (Euronext) Brussels Stock Exchange since 1997. Our company is specialized in the production of plastic (PET) preforms and bottles, used for the packaging of amongst others water, carbonated soft drinks, juices, beer, edible oil, dairy products and salad dressings.

Job description

The Technical Project Engineer will be working within an international context, when it comes to sharing expertise internally and with our customers. You will be the link between the sales department, production department, R&D, the suppliers and the customers. Your main role will be to deliver to the customers new products which meet the required specifications and within the agreed timeframe.

Your main key challenges will be:

• External Projects: conducting projects from R&D until the start-up with the customer. Identifying and translating needs and specific requirements of clients to the optimal perform or bottle;
  
• Internal Projects: Coordinate independently internal projects with the aim to improve the product and to optimize customer satisfaction and/or improve profitability. All this in close cooperation with all departments within the company;
  
• To keep the management updated on the evolution and progress of projects by periodically reporting and organizing/attending meetings;
  
• To formulate, design, implement and maintain the methods for a smooth proceeding of the above mentioned activities in a controlled and uniform manner in order to contribute in a positive way to customer satisfaction and accelerated product introductions.

Qualities

• Degree in technical or industrial engineering;
  
• Four to six years of experience as a project manager/engineer in a production environment;
  
• Tongue: Fluent Dutch, English & French and basic knowledge of German;
  
• Good and qualitative writing and communication skills;
  
• Must be self-motivated, results oriented, strong organizational, capable of analyzing and solving complex problems and customer friendly;
  
• Willing to travel occasionally within Europe.
